How do you make quesadillias like the ones they serve at applebees?

1. Get a pack of soft white flour taco shells and a bag of shredded co-jack cheese

2. Put a 1/2 T butter into an omlet/fry pan, melt it on med-hi

3. Lay one shell into the melted butter

4. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. add chopped pepper or onion or chicken if you like.

5. Lay a second shell on top like a sandwich

6. After a couple of minutes, flip over and cook the other side.



It's similar to making a grilled cheese sandwich.How do you make quesadillias like the ones they serve at applebees?
