You have to start somewhere right. It was ten years ago for me so I'm not sure if its fair to comment... but I basically used them (Applebee's)as a jumping off point to make better money in trendy bars . Applebees...it sucked...I like to free pour %26amp; there it's mandatory to use a jigger
