No. Applebee's liquor license only covers alcohol consumed on the premises, so they couldn't even sell a bottle of beer "to go". If you're wanting a mixed drink, you'll need to either buy all the ingredients and mix it yourself, or you can find a few premixed drinks at the super market or liquor store. TGI Friday's has a line of these available at many grocery stores.
