Burres shot himself by mistake at a club and they still dont know if he is going to plead guilty. Pierce just took the gun Burres had home and he got involved in the situattion also...In march they will go to court...lets see wat happens.Is Burress going to try to plead unguilty? What happened in Applebees or something? please help?
they made up a story he got shot at Applebees, Pierce apparently tried to hide the gun and could be charged with obstruction.
Buress is done he has played his last games for the Giants. From what I hear Pierce "supposedly" hid the gun for Burress. Pierce released a statement saying you can't believe everything you hear but who knows. I hope he was smart enough to not do something stupid like that and try to help cover it up. We cant afford to lose Pierce but if he did do something wrong then he deserves to get whatever punishment t goes along with it. As for Burress he has not entered a plea yet but he will get some jail time Mayor Bloomberg said that he should be punished to the fullest extent of the law and will not get any special treatment. nothing..so many stories..people are just trying to get on tv...but its pretty cool since the Applebees they were talking about is a 5 minute drive from me and I have eat at the Crapplebees quite a bit
