I worked at Applebee's for two years and the answer is so simple everyone is going to be suprised. I have seen so many homemade recipes to duplicate the dressing but it can be bought at most grocery stores. We used to get the dressing straight from the big jars of Naturally Fresh dressing in the back fridge. At that time I didnt know they sold it in the stores but they do, its usually near Marie's dressing and the bagged salads. It comes in a glass jar labelled Naturally Fresh Oriental dressing. Naturally Fresh is the brand they use for all their salads.
