OK, you are in San Diego. Applebee's International does all (or most of it) their purchasing for franchise restaurants out of Kansas City. You are in the heart (well maybe San Fran would be the heart) of the best Asian food available in the US (OK, I'll include New York and maybe Seattle). You can do better with a local Asian market. If you don't know one, ask around for quality and reputation. I'll bet you have 1 in your neighborhood!
