I couldn't find Applebee's exact recipe but here's one you might like:
Mocha Freeze
2 oz amaretto almond syrup
2 oz caramel syrup
4 oz espresso
1/2 cup chocolate milk
2 scoops chocolate milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender with one cup of ice. Blend until the chunks of ice are small, and serve into two tall glasses.
