Hey there~

Libby's right........I went to the Top Secret Recipes Site

http://www.topsecretrecipes.com/recipes.鈥?/a>

And although they have 21 of the Applebee's clone recipes on there, the closest that even resembled what you're describing is the

APPLEBEE'S CHICKEN FAJITA ROLL-UP........

The only difference between that and what you're describing is the ground up tortilla chips and then being fried........

The recipe costs 79 CENTS, they're all really good recipes from Top Secret Recipes.......some are free, all the rest are $ .79 (79 cents)

Pretty good deal...........

Unfortunately I'm not sure if the one you are looking for is there
