Do i have to go to a culinary school to work at Applebees or a restaurant like it?

I want to be a cook but I don't really want to go to a college or something? What are the requirements to cook at Applebees?

Go in and apply. Usually chain restaurants train you on how to cook their stuff and do your job. They hire teens and college students not trained chefs. If you have a degree in culinary arts you go and work as a head chef at a resort or a pastry chef or something similar.



My cousin was a cook for Baker's Square for a few years. They trained him on everything cooking wise.
