I worked for applebees for many years. The blondie itself is made using ingredients of regular brownies, but leave out the cocoa, add white cocoa and white chocholate chucks. The sauce is made with white chocolate, evaporated milk, and maple flavoring.Does anybody have the recipe for Applebees blondie (it has a maple butter sauce)?
