its such a negative environment, constantly getting yelled at or just not treated nicely. i don't plan on using them as a reference, as i've only worked there for 3 weeks. can i just go in and tell them i quit? do i need to give them a reason? or a 2 week notice? i just want to be OUT OF THERE. advice please!I want to quit my job at applebees?

The proper thing to do, as I'm sure you know, is to give 2 weeks notice. However, if the reason you want to quit after just 3 weeks is because of the negative environment, I'll bet if you gave notice it would only get worse. So I wouldn't give 2 weeks notice. Of course that means you can't use them as a reference. I would certainly tell them the actual reason you're leaving, and if the manager said anything about you not giving notice I'd tell him you are showing him as much respect as you were shown while working there.I want to quit my job at applebees?
Well the right thing to do is to give your boss 2 week notice ..
But ... if your not planning on using reference then just quit and do not return ...
If your lucky enough to quit a job before getting another one then go for it !!
