probably 18to host/work in kitchen...have to be 19 in Ohio to serve alcohol and 21 to bartend. I am sure these laws vary by state. In general, a 15-year-old has more labor laws so they dont want to deal with it. Best bet is to start with family owned rather than corp restaurant until you are older.How old to work at applebees?
You'd have to check your local laws. I don't you can work at a public place even with parent's consent. In some states you can work on SOME places with parent's consent at 16 years old.
