You might want to try this one:
Oreo Shake
Ice
6 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 1/2 cups milk
2 scoops of cookies and cream ice cream
Fill blender 1/2 ice and above items, blend on high.
Top shake with whipped cream and a whole oreo.

Though I haven't had the shake you're talking about.. a typical shake will have ice cream, milk, and maybe even additional cookies. It's pretty easy. Just throw it all in a blender and pour.
