Which is better to work for, applebees or uno chicago grill?

i currently work at sheetz and hate it, i want to be a waitress and make tips, i had an interview at uno today and an interview at applebees tomorrow which one should i choose if i get offered both jobs? anyone worked in either of these resturants before ? if so did u like it?|||uno chicago grill..|||Usually interviews are scheduled during slow times at restaurants. I would suggest you visit both places during busy hours....just order a beverage and observe how busy they are and how the wait staff acts. Watch for how they interact with each other and the kitchen, the hostess etc. Do they look happy with each other? Do they help each other, etc.? Also don't hesitate to ask discretely how the server likes working there. If a server is happy with the job it shows and their tips show it too.
