The meal is for Vets. They said nothing about the family. But if your son is young maybe they will comp it to. My daughter and son in law are at jacksonville NC. She said they would probably have to get in line on Tuesday in order to get a table on Wed.



One of our local stores was giving 10% to any purchase that was going to a deployed member such as a care package. That was super nice.



Lowes, Home Depot always gives 10% to vets. Walmart did not last year offer a discount

I heard that the Applebees kitchens have like 30 microwaves and the whole menu is nuked. That's just what my friend who works at Chili's told me. Maybe she was just starting a nasty rumor since the guy that knocked her up dumped her and went to work there. Who knows? You know how restaurant drama is.

this was funny and i laughed pretty hard.. and i totally agree.. applebees sucks, but i do appreciate what they are doing

In order for me to eat the food at Applebees they would need to pay me
Hell yeah, man. There's nothing like a few pancakes to wash out the thoughts of my immorality!



To think, I participated in a war (the Iraq war) that lead to more than 100,000 innocent civilian deaths! All because my government wanted to increase its geopolitical reach. Why didn't i recognize their brutal, calculating Real Politik?



Oh that's right, it's because I, like most soldiers, don't go to college and never develope any critical thinking skills. I'm just a brainwashed jingoist.



Anyways, i love a little bit of Applebees after killing a few Afghanis.
