I am talking about an ordered plate, not the fries that come on the sides.. Thank you!|||well when i was younger i was learning about calories and you know what. Applebees french fries came up. At the time it was 430 calories for the whole plate but im not sure if the calories have risen since then.|||Its 8 ounces of fries with 3 or four shakes of fry seasoning for a basket. 5 ounces is a side. Oh and theres an app for that.
