What kind of brownie is used at Applebees for a Maple Butter Blondie?

I want to go out and buy the mix to make it. I don't want to start from scratch. Then, I'll top it off with vanilla ice cream. Also, what is the sauce called? What kind of brownie is used at Applebees for a Maple Butter Blondie?
Maple Butter Blondie Dessert (Like Applebee's)

Ingredients

BROWNIE

1 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups margarine or butter

1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed

2 egg

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup loosely chopped walnut or pecan

1 cup white chocolate, chunk (or chips)

MAPLE BUTTER SAUCE

1 1/3 cups sugar

1 cup whipping cream

2/3 cup butter

2 teaspoons maple flavoring

Directions

1) For Brownies:.

2) In mixer blend butter, and brown sugar.

3 ) Then add baking powder, salt, vanilla, and then eggs.

4) Mix in flour.

5) fold in chips and nuts.

6) Grease a 9 by 13-inch pan and smooth brownie mixture

in with a spatula.

7) Bake 350掳F for 22-25 minutes.

8) Top should be shiny and firm when you touch the center

with a finger -- do not over bake or it will be dry (oven

temps may vary so watch brownies closely).

9) Sauce:.

10) Combine first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to

a boil.

11) Cook for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and add

flavoring.

12) To assemble:.

13) While they are still warm, cut brownies into 12 pieces,

they may be a little crumbly--they are more cake like in

texture.

14) Place a brownie on a plate and top with 2 scoops of

ice cream.

15) Then drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with more nuts. What kind of brownie is used at Applebees for a Maple Butter Blondie?
They probably make there own brownies and sauce. It's there own recipe, and I don't think you can buy it, except in the restaurant of course.

But, just buy some Betty Crocker brownies and add whatever you want. Bake off.

Scoop on some ice cream then drizzle with caramel and chocolate. Top with nuts and whipped cream. Close enough?
