How is the extra hot, hot wing sauce from applebees made?

It was my favorite sauce and they no longer serve it, I was wanting to find an answer from someone who worked at applebees!!|||I sorry I don't know. Why don't you go ask the people that work there!!!!!|||Classic sauce comes pre-made in a bag. We just sprinkle "Topical" seasoning on after we shake the wings in about 2 ounces of classic. 5 shakes is hot. 10 shakes is x-hot.
