How do i report bad customer service at applebees?

i went to applebees in april with my sister and some lady was being so mean to us. First she didnt want to serve us thinking saying that we're underage. and then i showed her my ID nicely. She complained that my id was not in good condition. ( i put 1 piece of tape on it so the seal would not tear off. HELLO:That has nothing to do with my birthday. How could you not see the date. she acted like she was blind. stalling time so we cant go in or something. She act like she cant see my birthday and so i was hungry and i finally told her it is right in front of her face. She said I was giving her an attitude and then she told me to leave. How do i compain? i wrote to applebees.com and they never responded.How do i report bad customer service at applebees?

Contact their head office and say that you have already complained once and are even more disgusted at their total lack of customer service.How do i report bad customer service at applebees?
Write a letter by snail mail to the President of the company. That has usually worked for me in the past. Good luck.
Go directly to the manager of that restaurant. Bring a copy of the letter you sent also.



(I like Eolson's idea, but here's a tip to go along with that. put a cc: at the bottom of the letter... a full name (of a friend or family member even) (No Mr. Ms., etc.). Put a comma after the last name and add "Esq." (without the quotes, of course). That way they think you've contacted a lawyer.)
