I really enjoy Applebee's grilled shrimp, and I would love it if anyone could give me a recipe similar to it, or just a recipe they think is good.Any ideas on how Applebees seasons their grilled shrimp?
SHRIMP SEASONING
1 t coarse ground black pepper
1/2 t salt
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t ground (rubbed) sage
1/4 t granulated sugar
20-24 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 T butter, melted
1/4 cup sliced almonds
16 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup diced tomato (1 large tomato)
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup sliced roasted red bell pepper

Would I get more tips at Olive Garden or Applebees?
I need to choose between these two, as no other are convenient for me.Would I get more tips at Olive Garden or Applebees?
I agree, I say Olive Garden. Even if it's not that much more upscale it at least feels like it is so people will probably tip more.Would I get more tips at Olive Garden or Applebees?
olive garden i had a friend walk out with like almost 200 a night just by being friendly and batting her eyes at the guys that came in there.Would I get more tips at Olive Garden or Applebees?
Olive Garden:
a. Entrees are generally more expensive
b. People will often have alcoholic beverages (Wine, etc) with italian food so that racks up some $
c. it has a slightly more upscale atmosphere
d. Seeing as more people drink alcohol at OG, they may be generous with tips.

You have fewer tables at Olive Garden, which means you can take care of them better, but it is a slower meal pace, so you may not turn tables as quickly. Would you rather work at Applebees or Little Caesars?
okay i quit little caesars in december of '09 and went back in May of '10. I put in a two weeks notice the first time and they let me come back. well, now Applebees is hiring and I want to be a hostess. Applebees pays .25 more than little caesars. Should I try and get the job at Applebees, or stay at Little Caesars?Would you rather work at Applebees or Little Caesars?

Applebees Hostess required to take Alcohol servsafe exam?
My girlfriend is a hostess at applebees, her managers are telling her she must take an Alcohol server exam to be able to continue working. This exam costs 30 dollars and is about serving alcohol, laws, intoxication levels..ect. Should she be required to take this exam if she is only a hostess, and does not intend on becoming a server anytime in the future?? KY laws require you to be 20 years of age in the day to server alcohol and she is only 19. She should not pay for it. The restaurant is required by law to have it's staff certified, and they should be responsible for paying for it.
