Any ideas on how Applebees seasons their grilled shrimp?

I really enjoy Applebee's grilled shrimp, and I would love it if anyone could give me a recipe similar to it, or just a recipe they think is good.Any ideas on how Applebees seasons their grilled shrimp?
SHRIMP SEASONING

1 t coarse ground black pepper

1/2 t salt

1/2 t garlic powder

1/4 t onion powder

1/4 t paprika

1/4 t ground (rubbed) sage

1/4 t granulated sugar

20-24 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 T butter, melted

1/4 cup sliced almonds

16 cups fresh spinach

1/2 cup diced tomato (1 large tomato)

1/2 cup sliced red onion

1/4 cup sliced roasted red bell pepper
