Applebees?

To start an Applebees it says total investment of 1 million dollars but intial fee of only 40,000 besides royalty fee and advertising fee what are the other cost and how can i find how much each would cost?

Total Investment: $1,000,000

Initial Franchise Fee: $40,000

Royalty Fee: 4% initially, 5% possible after

Advertising Fee: not less than 4%|||they are allowing a wide range for

your lease from you chosen landlord's site, capital equipment, salaries,

improvements to the site, and

HOLD costs [what you have to have

to fee the company's expense accounts

till you earn enough to have the customer pay for it.

UNLESS you are fanatical about

the franchise name, ANY sharp

restaunteer [non-franchise] can out perform immediately any franchise.

remember, almost all franchises

were independent at one time.

I am anti-franchise! I can even help people start a restaurant for NO

money out of their pockets except

for the lease deposits and 1st mo security.|||umm im gunna hafta say 2.3 billion dollars after taxes
