Does applebees check social security for juvenile records ?

I don't have any adult records, only juveenile record.you have to be 18 to work in applebees.so do they check the social security to look for adult it juvenile records??Does applebees check social security for juvenile records ?
Those records are sealed the day you turn 18.

And remember that you don't have to tell your employer about juvenile offences, and they can't ask you about it either.

So from the legal point of view your criminal record is clean (and stay out of trouble if you want to keep it like that).Does applebees check social security for juvenile records ?
You are confusing things.

It's the criminal justice system that keeps records on convictions. A juvenile conviction is not supposed to be disclosed to businesses that are checking.Does applebees check social security for juvenile records ?
The Social Security administration does not keep criminal records. The only information they are supposed to give a potential employer is that your SSN and name match their records.Does applebees check social security for juvenile records ?
No company has a right to look into your juvenile records.. All juvenile records are sealed. Criminal back ground checks will only check for adult violations.
In most states your juvenile record is sealed so I don't know how they'd be able to check it outside of a court order and I promise you they don't care that much.
