If you are really good, go with the place that will let you have the largest section. Whether fine dining or IHop servers make there money on volume, volume, volume. Depends on the location but I would guess Ruby Tuesday's.
They would probably pretty similar, but as the first person said it depends on location... I would choose Ruby Tuesdays though as Applebee's has more family patrons so more kids...
