Transfer from current hostess job at Applebees to a server job at another Applebees?

The Applebees I work at now won't move me up to server and I'm wondering if I could transfer to another one but as a server. Has anyone ever done that before?Transfer from current hostess job at Applebees to a server job at another Applebees?
