How Does Applebees Cook its Fantastic Steak?

The "Applebee's House Sirloin" is the best steak that I have ever tasted from a restaurant. Does anybody know how they cook it? (seasonings, marinades, time, etc.)

I was hoping somebody who works there (or knows somebody who does) could help me out.

EWWWWWWWW I used to work there and it is so nasty and frozen. EWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

Anyways, you asked for it:

Steak: Center Cut Sirloin

Fry Seasoning: 2 parts black pepper, 1 part salt 1 part garlic powder. Shake that on.

Grill seasoning: Use Montreal Steak Seasoning (near the spices in any major grocery store). Shake that on.

Thats it, no marinades. Goes on the grill naked.

Grill over open flame (Applebee's grills were very hot, that helps seal it in) until desired temperature.

And I agree, if thats the best steak ever, you MUST get out more. How Does Applebees Cook its Fantastic Steak?

No offense, but Applebees has horrible steak. You gotta go eat out more, or increase your standards.

Even the steak at Olive Garden in their Alfredo is superior to anything at Applebees. How Does Applebees Cook its Fantastic Steak?
