I am going on a first date and don't know what to wear. I like dresses..But the guy I going out with is a sports fan does it matter if I wear a dress or are jeans better. I would want her to wear what ever she's comfortable with, because if she can do that I know she's comfortable with being around me. Besides Applebees, I don't really see that as a place you would have to dress up to go to. It sort of in between fast food %26amp; a nice restaurant, sort of in the middle. Not like you're going to some 5 star restaurant. I'm thinking jeans.
It depends where you are going If your going out for a meal then probably a dress if your going for a walk or something more casual than formal then jeans are more fitting. whatever you're more comfortable in or whatever your style. unless it's a very fancy place, a good pair of jeans with a nice top is a good option. i just want a girl to be herself on the first date.

Out of the two choices, jeans definitely. But like others have said, whatever she's comfortable with.
