Do applebees employees get a paycheck?

I've worked in a number of restaurants. I'm going to be getting a job as a server at Applebees and i was just curious if anyone knows whether you get all your tips (charge etc) when the shift is over, or if they put your charge tips as well as your allocated time working on a paycheck?Do applebees employees get a paycheck?
You keep all tips after each shift, so your paycheck will only have your hourly pay on it, which at my store is $2.13 an hour, and the taxes come out of the checks, so often the checks are only a few dollars.
